Embark on your healing journey together with me to navigate your unique journey towards health and wellbeing.

As a therapist, I believe that every individual has the ability to heal and grow in their own way. My approach is client-centered, meaning that I prioritize your needs and goals throughout our therapeutic journey together.

Together, we can navigate anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief, and more to overcome a range of challenges. As C.S. Lewis said, "You can't change the beginning, but you can change the ending." Let's work towards your goals with confidentiality and collaboration. Join me on your unique journey of insight and hope towards self-discovery.

I have a dual master's graduate in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling. My undergraduate studies concentrated in human development and psychology and child development. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, children, families, veterans, first responders and seniors of all backgrounds.

I utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, Narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy and Play Therapy. These approaches have been proven to be effective in addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

One of the foundations of my practice is creating a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. This allows for open and honest communication, which promotes growth, change and overall emotional wellbeing. I provide a comfortable and confidential therapeutic environment where you can feel respected and understood.

"Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming anything. Maybe it is about un-becoming everything that isn't really you, so you can be who you are meant to be. - Author Unknown
